I originally hail from Northern Virginia and moved to Roanoke in 2020, quickly discovering Hope of Israel and deciding to participate in the discipleship process. While hardly knowing anything about the Messianic framework, I responded to some inner pull to explore what it was all about. Through discipleship and personally walking with Yeshua, I have become more and more rooted in what is Biblical and true, and feel impassioned and burdened to love the people of Jerusalem, both Jew and Muslim and from other faith orientations.
At Hope of Israel, the Shalom team strives to make every person feel welcome, valued, and loved. This ministry aligns with my personal calling and is dear to my heart, as for the time being my mission is to come alongside individuals here in the Roanoke valley to share the love of Yeshua and to build strong community.
